Serenely decorated, this home accommodates ten people with ease and style. The home’s spacious great room (with a fireplace!) spills onto a deck overlooking the beach and the wide, blue Atlantic. A separate dining room also sports a great view of the ocean. The master suite features a bath, dressing area and a private sitting room where glass doors open to the second-floor deck. The sounds and smells of the ocean are precious. The kitchen and its beautiful breakfast bar, magnifies the home’s potential for memorable conversations and spirited family games. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room promise – and deliver – beautiful views all day, every day. An outdoor grill demands at least a daily meal or two of fresh seafood – or steaks, burgers and dogs. All necessary amenities await your arrival, including six televisions and six DVD players. High speed Internet access will please computer addicts. There’s a washer and dryer. (Staying on top of the laundry is a stay-sane vacation secret!) A private fenced area has a hammock and a swing – perfect for lazy naps soaking up Carolina sunshine. An extra storage area hides beach toys and beach chairs for guests to enjoy while vacationing. There’s also a heated, outdoor shower for rinsing away every day’s requisite quantity of sand. The Grand Strand’s most popular family attractions and golf courses are minutes away. Take in a musical production at a live theatre; you’ll be surprised by the level of professionalism. If kids are in tow (and even if not!), a Sea Doo rental delivers oceans of fun. Deep sea fishing charters are close at hand, as are a staggering number of shopping opportunities. Family fun alternatives – from waterslides to amusement parks – are easy to find.
