Endless Summer Down is the bottom half of an especially convenient non-smoking duplex that is just one block from the soft sand and tumbling waves of North Myrtle Beach. Its four bedrooms and two baths are cozy, comfy and welcoming. More than a dozen family and friends are sure to fall in love with this Cherry Grove rental. The furnished covered porch offers a tempting glimpse of the oh-so-blue Atlantic and is a wonderful place to kick back, read, relax and share unhurried conversation with your travel companions. This home-away-from-home has a well-appointed, eat-in kitchen and adjoins the great room. Eating leisurely meals at home is a money saving option if that’s important. There’s a grill, too – perfect for preparing some of the Grand Strand’s remarkable seafood. Think skewered shrimp and grilled grouper. Mmmmm. A washer and dryer is a great amenity. Consider the advantage of packing light because you can wash-as-you-go. And when you return home, the laundry will already be done! There are two televisions and a DVD player, and high speed Internet access too. A beach towel, sunscreen and a beverage is all you need to scurry over to the beach that made North Myrtle Beach a prized getaway. Take a book you haven’t had time to read, but know the waves may lull you to sleep. Craft castles, search for shells, take long contemplative walks; you can rinse away the day in the outdoor shower when you head home. The beach is obviously the area’s first and best claim to fame. Nonetheless, off the beach and minutes away, there’s plenty more to keep you and yours happily engaged. There’s golf and putt-putt, restaurants aplenty, all sorts of family amusements, fishing charters and Intracoastal boat tours, live entertainment theatres, movies and shopping. Do as much or as little as you choose. The Grand Strand is a perfect spot. Chances are good you’ll be back time and again.
