This non-smoking oceanfront home in North Myrtle Beach suggests nothing so much as the center spread of a Coastal Living magazine. It is perfectly located, beautifully decorated and outfitted with luxuries everyone will make a fuss about. Like all the best beach houses, Sandpit I sits high on stilts and features a tiled living level – and a big furnished balcony – with fabulous views. There’s also a loft with additional sleeping accommodations. Sandpit I has five bedrooms and three baths. Large groups, up to fifteen friends and family members, will find it at least a few steps upward of comfortable. This residential rental is located in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, an area famous for its fishing pier – and other extras you’ll soon discover on your own. Amenities will wow you! The great room consists of an ocean-facing living room with two dining areas, a sitting area and a perfectly equipped kitchen. In total, there are six televisions (a 62”and five 32” flat screens) and six DVD players. Sandpit I is also furnished with a washing machine and clothes dryer, something everyone will appreciate when the sand starts tracking and especially when it’s time to pack for home. The spacious veranda of this beach house is among the home’s most popular areas. The views are gorgeous. The sound of seabirds and surf and children laughing is mesmerizing. Sit a spell and watch the Atlantic, or bring a book along. You may want to nod off for a much-deserved afternoon nap. When nap time’s over, send someone out for fresh seafood and put the kitchen and outdoor grill to good use. When everyone’s appetite is satiated, take turns rinsing away the day in the outdoor shower. Then head indoors for an evening full of movies and music and board games and books. Welcome to bliss. The Cherry Grove fishing pier is nearby – perfect for fishing, people-watching and long walks. There are also a bevy of other celebrated North Myrtle Beach amusements, including golf, shopping, dining, live entertainment theatres and family attractions aplenty for everyone in your party. Excellent location and property. Steps from the beach and the IGA across the street. Great 60" TV!!! Only thing it needed was WiFi.

Overall, very nice clean beach house with plenty of room for the 9 of us. Furniture, cooking utensels bedrooms and bathrooms were in very good condition. Awesome view and steps away from the beach.
Another great time at SANDPIT 1. Excellent vacation home and nice location.
The proximity to the local establishments and, of course, the ocean could not have been better! We plan on staying here again in the future.
