Sea Aire II Duplex Up is the upper half of an oceanfront duplex in the Cherry Grove community of North Myrtle Beach. One of its defining features is the fact that this rental welcomes small pets who weigh ten pounds or less. The living room is large and boasts a big-screen television (with its own Playstation!) and easy to maintain hardwood floors. There are four bedrooms, each of which sleeps four people, and two bathrooms – allowing as many as sixteen to set up house comfortably for a fabulous beachside getaway. A big eat-in kitchen with a huge dining table adjoins the living area and showcases full-size appliances, including the requisite dishwasher that makes life at the beach so much easier. An outdoor grill expands dining options; don’t miss a chance to sizzle up locally caught seafood. There’s also a washer and dryer to make tackling sandy laundry a breeze. (Be sure to make everyone rinse in the outdoor shower before they come inside.) It’s arguable, of course, but a big, beautiful oceanfront balcony studded with classic rockers may be the home’s finest feature – aside from the beach itself, of course. Sunrises are magnificent. Another major amenity is a game room with a pool table and a foosball table. It’s shared between the lower and upper levels, and it’s always a hotspot for gatherings. Play all day on the beach. Enjoy long walks at the surf’s edge. The much-loved Cherry Grove fishing pier is virtually a shell’s skip away from this enviable North Myrtle Beach duplex. Shopping, dining and live entertainment theatres are minutes away. There are championship golf courses, too. Take a tour. Visit the aquarium. Slide down a thrilling water park ride or zoom ‘round a go-cart track.
