Seaside Serenity is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful oceanfront homes on the Grand Strand. Located in the Ocean Drive area of North Myrtle Beach, an area known for beach music and carefree seaside escapes, the aptly named Seaside Serenity sports nautical flair and personality aplenty. It is a spacious home well-appointed to accommodate more than a dozen happy folk. There are six bedrooms, three full baths and three half baths. It is situated right behind an impressively wide dune line; a beautiful balcony and covered porch takes full advantage of the view. The setting is serene and the fact that family and friends are sandy steps from the beach, the waves and a horizon that stretches to forever is peaceful and rejuvenating. There’s even a “widow’s walk” – accessed by a romantic spiral staircase. Google it. Way up high, it delivers the best view of all! Inside this non-smoking, two-story North Myrtle Beach rental you will find an outsized great room with the unexpected plus of a fireplace. The kitchen is far more than accommodating; mastermind culinary showdowns or pop popcorn; whatever you and yours desire is easy to pull off in this impressive space. (An outdoor grill increases the options.) At last count there were five televisions (including a couple of big screens) and seven DVD players. High speed Internet access means everyone can bring their gadgets along. And, as utilitarian as it may seem, a washer and dryer may end up being a favorite amenity. Pack light; wash as you go; head home with clean clothes. Score. White, sandy beaches are the primary reason people have been flocking to North Myrtle Beach and the greater Grand Strand for decades. But there is much more to know and love about this sixty mile stretch of sea and surf. Approximately one hundred championship golf courses are in close proximity. Choosing from more than 1500 restaurants is no easy task – but it’s certainly fun! Shopping opportunities run the gamut from outlets to fancy boutiques. There is so much to see and do, the only complication lies in fitting it all into a single vacation. You may have to start planning a return visit even before you leave!
