Sunny Place is a second row vacation home in North Myrtle Beach, and it is indisputably charming. Despite its size – seven bedrooms and four bathrooms accommodate seventeen people – it exhibits the beguiling allure of a cottage. The décor is beautiful, and a private backyard pool sports a big sundeck peppered with lounge chairs. Perhaps best of all, the beach and all its magic is just across the street. That makes days by the surf and moonlit walks an easy undertaking. Amenities are as impressive as those you’d find in any resort. Better, in fact. There are nine televisions and nine DVD players. Wireless high speed Internet access will make every techie happy. There’s a super-cool game room with a wet bar and a foosball table and lots of room to spread out and relax. This North Myrtle Beach vacation rental also has a well equipped kitchen, and sports ocean views from the balcony. There’s a grill outdoors. The grown-ups can sip umbrella drinks while fresh seafood sizzles on the grill and kids splash in the pool. Worthy of mention, there’s also a washer and dryer. Consider packing light and wash as you go. Sunny Place is the perfect place for family reunions, golf getaways and church groups. Slip into the swimming pool for a refreshing dip before or after you walk a few miles on the white sandy beaches that make the Grand Strand grand. This beach house is only minutes from live entertainment theatres, golf courses and bountiful shopping opportunities. Amusements, restaurants and water sports are in close proximity, too. Rest assured there will be no problem finding fun things to do; the challenge will be in the choosing. For that reason and others, you’ll be planning a return visit even before you leave.
