Sun’s out and surf’s up. This non-smoking beach house, a five-bedroom, three-bath North Myrtle Beach rental, sits on stilts and overlooks a salt water channel – a creek of sorts (for those among you who might not understand – a “channel”). It sports its own floating dock and is located in the Cherry Grove community of North Myrtle Beach, a verifiable hot spot. A big plus is a private swimming pool overlooking the peaceful channel – definitely a unique amenity. The beach itself is an easy stroll from this home’s front door. Inside Sun’s Out; Surf’s Up, amenities include nearly every creature comfort. There are five bedrooms and three full baths – room aplenty for sixteen fortunate individuals. Views from the open air balcony – overlooking salt marsh and the pool deck – are effortlessly beautiful. More practical details include a washer and dryer, a game room with a video arcade, a foosball table and an electronic dart game. There are seven televisions and five DVD players. There is also a fine furnished porch and an enclosed outdoor shower. Sun’s Out, Surf’s Up is centrally located to all the fun of North Myrtle Beach. Grand Strand attractions and family amusements are nearby … minutes from this accommodation. More than a hundred golf courses and nearly two thousand restaurants are in close proximity. Shopping is celebrated, too. The Cherry Grove Pier must not be missed. Fishing pole unnecessary; just stroll and enjoy.

Elliott Beach Rentals
We stayed at Sun's out, Surf's up from 8/13/11 - 8/20/11. We had nine people in our party and had plenty of room. The pool was awesome. The house was only one block from the beach; very convenient. Would definitely stay there again.
