This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Myrtle Beach, a city and vacation resort on South Carolina’s Atlantic coast, is the hub of the Grand Strand, a 60-mile string of beaches. It’s also known for its celebrity-designed golf courses. Along its beachfront boardwalk are arcades, souvenir stands and restaurants, as well as the old-fashioned Family Kingdom amusement park and the Myrtle Beach SkyWheel, one of the country’s tallest Ferris wheels.
This spacious two-story house features four inviting bedrooms. With a fully-equipped kitchen and living rooms, plus a bonus sun room, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. This home is pet friendly so you can bring your loved one for a $300 deposit. This home is one block from the ocean where you can enjoy surfing, sunbathing or just relaxing while you listen to the waves crash.

Elliott’s place was brand new and in a great location. Close to the beach, walkable to several restaurants and a short drive to the Ripken experience which is the reason we were there. We did appreciate the well stocked kitchen, blankets throughout, comfortable bed and attentive staff.
