We have stayed in a lot of different condos in Myrtle Beach and this one was our favorite. The oceanfront view was great and we enjoyed the ability to park on the 5th floor close to our front door to unpack groceries and luggage. Our kids enjoyed the pools and lazy river as a nice break from the ocean waves. Locations is great; we loved walking to all of the places Main Street had to offer. In terms of the condo itself, everything was great. Nothing major needs renovating or fixing but there are some smaller things I would do if I was the owner. Ex: Might look into a new washer; The washing machine is VERY loud so we learned to run it while we were out. I would provide a kitchen hand towel; we had to purchase one. I would also provide some little “junk” drawer items that renters appreciate such as a few pens, notepad, scissors, brochures and coupon books to local fav spots, etc. Even having a puzzle or a couple games on the TV shelf would be great. I would get new kitchen knives; they were kind of cheap and dull and didn’t work great. The balcony is such a great area to hang out, but the chairs were kind of cheap and low sitting; one of them is on the verge of breaking (you can feel it when you sit in it) I would get higher sitting wooden chairs w/ a small table that allows you to see the ocean view rather than having to look at the ocean through the railing bars when sitting low. Just a suggestion! There are only two very small and thin pillows in the couch/chair area. I would get two more fluffier type sitting pillows for the couch to allow for more comfortable seating that someone might want to rest their head on or put behind their back since the couches are so far back. The rest of the furniture is great. And the decor throughout the place is beautifully decorated. We would stay here again!

We stayed in Ashworth 508, beautiful condo with absolute perfect balcony looking out at the ocean. The staff that works for the condos are very friendly and helpful

The property and condo is fantastic.  Our coffeemaker didn’t work and a new one was brought to us the same day ❤️
