This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Bailey’s Roost offers a welcoming home base for families looking to enjoy the best of the area, with a beautiful marsh view and an ocean-view balcony for taking in the coastal surroundings. This house features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 14 guests.
Spend quiet mornings relaxing on the porch swing overlooking the marsh, or gather outside for a meal at the grill. Inside, a dishwasher and in-unit washer and dryer make vacation routines easier, while the refrigerator with an ice maker helps keep drinks cold for beach days. This was our second time at this home and it was great again! It has all the necessities and great beach access. We will be back next year!
This property was wonderful for our family of 7 plus grandparents! It had all the necessities, comfortable beds, easy tv and internet use, and great beach access. Easy storage for all of our beach items as we came and went to the beach. The front and back decks were great all through the day whether we wanted sun or shade. We enjoyed the Marshall corn hole boards (even though we are WVU fans 😉) in the cool carport during our lunchtime heat breaks. We highly recommend this home and hope to come stay again!
