Our family stayed in Bay Watch 3 832 for the week of July 4th. Despite it being crowded with abundant holiday guests, staff maintained the property well. Grounds were kept clean and staff monitored whether or not guests were wearing their guest bracelets. The condo itself is a good one! It had plenty of space, a well equipped kitchen, and was clean overall. No icky carpet....whoohooo! Having a washer/dryer was a plus! The kids loved the "fancy" primary shower. Our only complaint is that the beds (mattresses and bed frames) could use replacing throughout the condo. They were very noisy, wobbly, and too firm. Appliances and TVs were updated and all worked well. I'd suggest the addition of a Keurig coffee maker :) Bring your own hangers if you want to unpack and hang any clothes. There may have been 4-6 hangers combined from both closets. Elliott Beach rentals provided linens and cleaning with this package.  

We are really enjoying our stay so far! The property is clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Everything has met our expectations, and the check-in process was smooth. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation.

This room and this facility is becoming home away from home. Needless to say even the snow on the beach, makes us feel we’re still in Mountaineer Country! Have a healthy and happy 2026

Unit nice but no place to put groceries that you get from store need to get some sort of cart - parking not great to tight and takes forever to unload and load

We had a great time on our week here at Baywatch. Great resort, amenities, staff, cleanliness, etc. Condo 832 was very nice, clean, and updated. Only a few had some wear that we let elliot know so they can fix, but nothing that would affect you or your trip. Everything functioned well...definately recommend this condo. It's an end unit which was nice also.

Great unit! Very clean and love the ocean view.

We spent our winter here with a glorious ocean front view. This condo is modern, spacious and was clean with lots of extra dishes and bedding. We had a few concerns along the way and all it took was one phone call to Elliotts. We were impressed with how quickly they responded. The amenities were great and our guests enjoyed the pools and gym. It was very secure, whereas the security personnel were seen in the garage at night checking the cars and also in the stairwell checking each floor. We looked forward to our new booking next year in a different condo.
