Make yourself comfortable on the balcony and listen to the waves, watch the most magnificent sunrises, walk on the beach and just relax. Everything was great!! It was a great location and just a few steps to the beach. It was a convenient location to everything we needed. It was clean and very well kept.
This is our second winter staying in Beach Colony 203. We stayed 6 months last winter and 6 months this year. The unit is extremely clean and well decorated. The king bed is unbelievably comfortable . There is plenty of storage space for clothing and the nice bath and shower is a welcome treat. The owner has gone out of his way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Our experience with Beach Colony 203 has always been a positive one.
