Brigadune I Condos 17F is a spacious three-bedroom, two-bath oceanfront vacation rental located in the quiet and desirable Shore Drive area of Myrtle Beach. This comfortable condo offers beautiful ocean views and the relaxing atmosphere of a true beachfront getaway. The private oceanfront balcony can be accessed from both the living room and the master bedroom, providing the perfect place to enjoy the sights and sounds of the Atlantic.
Inside, tBrigadune I Condos 17F features central heating and air, wireless internet access, and flatsdcreen TVs,, so guests can relax and enjoy their favorite shows after a day at the beach. The condo also includes the convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit, making longer stays easy and comfortable.
Brigadune I Condos offers several amenities designed to enhance your stay, including an outdoor pool with a pool lift, a relaxing outdoor hot tub, and a spacious sundeck for enjoying the sunshine. Guests will also find picnic tables and grills for outdoor dining and an outside shower for rinsing off after time on the beach. The building features elevator access and direct beach access, making it easy to step from the property onto the sand.
Overlooking the prestigious Dunes Golf and Beach Club, Brigadune I Condos is located near many of the popular restaurants and attractions in the Shore Drive area.
Please note that there is no access to a fitness center.

I am local, but my younger brother, his wife, her sister, brother-in-law and I really enjoyed the condo. We wanted to be up high and really enjoyed the large balcony and view. (A couple can’t walk too much and wanted a good relaxing couple of days which they got.) Also, it was very clean, didn’t smell like pets or cigarettes. The ones with allergies appreciated it. ✅
