This inviting condo offers sweeping views of the Atlantic from your private oceanfront balcony, the perfect place to start your morning with coffee or unwind in the evening with the sea breeze.
Inside, the space is designed for comfort and easy living. Central heating and air keep the temperature just right in every season, and wireless internet access makes it simple to stay connected whether you’re working remotely or streaming your favorite shows. With TVs throughout Brigadune I Condos 1D, everyone can enjoy their own entertainment. The washer and dryer add extra convenience, especially for longer stays or family vacations.
Spend your days relaxing by the outdoor pool equipped with a pool lift or by stepping directly onto the sandy beach just beyond the building. An outside shower makes it easy to rinse off after time in the sun and surf. Elevator access provides smooth entry to the condo.
Please note that there is no access to a fitness center.
Monthly winter rentals are available for guests looking to enjoy an extended coastal escape.
Brigadune I Condos is a non-smoking property, and motorcycles and trailers are not permitted, helping ensure a quiet and relaxing environment.
