We had a room change at the last minute and they contacted me promptly and moves us into another room without delay and gave us a choice of rooms to choose from. Will contact them again in the future.
Thanks for the awesome welcome. The unit was clean and welcoming. The beds were comfortable. There was a issue with the smart tv connecting to the network but it was corrected promptly.
The condo was perfect for our family. So nice to be close to the beach and have access to the pools. Would stay here again.
