This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed. Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

At Catch N’ Relax, you can take in beautiful channel views from the large covered back porch or spend time by the water at your private dock.
With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the home sleeps up to 8 guests, making it a comfortable base for a family vacation or a getaway with friends. Fire up the charcoal grill for an easy meal, or rinse off after a day in the sand with the outdoor shower. A dishwasher and on-premises laundry help keep everyday chores simple. When it’s time to unwind indoors, enjoy YouTube TV on five TVs, including a 55-inch television in the living room.
