Great location. Condo was roomy & clean.
Wonderful stay! Very much the beach made the experience worth it. The unit was nice, just outdated. No garbage disposal! Old furniture, old shower and bath fixtures. We have stayed in practically all of the available oceanfront condos that are rentable in Chateau By the Sea, so we have seen the various efforts renters have put into their units in keeping them uo to date for their tenants. And the no sheets thing is pretty weird! No towels either. Which is fine if we bring our own of course. First year we got surprised lol. So then there is the lack of cleaning supplies. No dish soap, no sponges, no wipes. One roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper for 2 bathrooms, and one trash bag for the week when there is no garbage disposal! And no recycling in the area? The washer and dryer worked well! Otherwise things went well and everything about staying here is alwsys great. We alwsys pick Chateau By the Sea. H1 has been the most convenient unit to stay in by far being located on the first floor by the stairs! It was the easiest to bring up our stuff and unload and then pack up the car at the end! Truly easy. No other place has been this easy and convenient. I would stay here again 💯
