This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Coconut Cottage puts you right on the oceanfront, with space for up to 32 guests across eight bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, and one half bathroom. Four oceanfront master bedrooms let you wake up to beautiful coastal views, while the elevator makes moving between floors easier for everyone.
Spend sunny afternoons cooling off in the 14-by-31-foot saltwater pool, then bring the fun indoors to the game room for pool and foosball. When you're ready to unwind, settle in for a movie on the 65-inch living room flatscreen or enjoy a film in the theater room. The kitchen's granite counters, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, and Keurig make meals and coffee breaks convenient, while the wet bar is perfect for gathering with your group. An indoor jetted tub and in-unit washer and dryer add comfort throughout your stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house is located in a great spot. The pool had a glitch and stayed warm most of the week.
The house was absolutely beautiful.
It was most enjoyable. Would rent here again. But would have like to utilized the TV room too. We had planned a movie night for family but TV wouldn’t work. Even repair man couldn’t fix it. He said the owner would have to take care of it. Loved the walk in pantry. The cupboards full of items needed-excellent. Would of been nice to have beach chairs to take to beach
I am now considering renting for my family after the great stay we had with friends.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the Coconut Cottage. This was our groups 2nd year staying in this house. we were disappointed that the hot tub was not functioning. The pool gate was also broken, which is a huge safety concern.
The location is wonderful. Our room was nice.
Great place for a large group, especially with kids. Pool and hot tub are great. Beach access steps away. Parasailing and beach chair rentals right in front of house. Well stocked large kitchen made meals a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.

5 star property!
Beautiful oceanfront large home. Group of 12 ranging from 3yo to 82yo. The elevator was perfect for our mobility challenges elders. Large gathering space and kitchen area. Showing some wear and tear but as expected. Property management was quick to respond with a minor repair that needed to be done. Overall a wonderful week!
Coconut Cottage was a great place for our group of 14 former college teammates. The place was clean and spacious. Pretty well equipped with dishes, pans and utensils. Bedrooms were spacious, beds were comfortable for the most part, a few were too soft, but overall good. The elevator was helpful since we are “mature adults, so taking luggage and supplies in the elevator was great. Plus, we had some people with mobility issues. Would definitely look in to staying here again!
