This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Ocean Drive brings that easygoing beach-town feel to your getaway, and Cottages at Tilghman 24 gives you a comfortable place to settle in between adventures. This four-bedroom, three-bathroom house sleeps up to eight guests, with a lake view to enjoy and a community pool for a refreshing break from the day.
Inside, the electric fireplace adds a cozy touch when it’s time to relax, while the 55-inch living room smart TV is ready for movie nights. A 40-inch smart TV in the primary bedroom and a 32-inch smart TV in the guest room offer extra entertainment, and a mini futon provides another spot to kick back. Start your morning with coffee from the Keurig, then enjoy the convenience of a dishwasher, in-unit washer and dryer, and outdoor shower.

We loved the home!
Clean and very nice. Wasn’t the unit on the site but same layout. Definitely will be my 1st consideration in the future.
Well maintained unit. Elliott was responsive to fix minor issues. Great location for walking to stores and resturants.
