Description
This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Crescent Beach brings a relaxed coastal feel to North Myrtle Beach, with sandy shores and an easygoing atmosphere that make it a lovely place to settle in for a beach vacation. Crescent Surf puts you close to the laid-back charm of the area, with space for family and friends to enjoy time together. This pet-friendly house sleeps up to 10 guests and features three bedrooms and three bathrooms, giving everyone room to unwind after a day by the water.
Inside, upgraded flooring and stainless steel appliances add a fresh touch to the living space, while the dishwasher makes cleanup easier after shared meals. An in-unit washer and dryer help keep beach towels and vacation clothes ready for the next day, and the outdoor shower is handy for rinsing off sand after time at the beach.
