This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Kids will love the two gaming TVs in the bedroom with twin beds, and the enclosed shower and outdoor seating area provide a delightful spot to admire the beautiful North Myrtle Beach sunsets. Monthly rentals are available from October through March, and mini-weeks are available from September through March.
