Description
This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed. Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

With the beach just a short distance away and shops and restaurants close by, you can spend your days enjoying the coast and your evenings exploring the neighborhood. Endless Summer makes a welcoming home base for families and friends, sleeping up to 13 guests across five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and one half bath. Bring your four-legged family member along and settle into this pet-friendly house with room for everyone.
Inside, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, LVP flooring, and upgraded bathrooms give the space a fresh, comfortable feel. After a day in the sun, unwind in the living room with the 65-inch television, rinse off in the outdoor shower, or let the dishwasher and in-unit washer and dryer handle vacation cleanup. Motorcycles and trailers are allowed, making arrival easier for guests traveling with extra gear.
