This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Located on the first floor of a duplex, this pet-friendly rental sleeps up to 10 guests with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Your four-legged travel companion can join the fun, too, with pets under 50 pounds welcome. After a day in the sun, rinse away the sand in the outdoor shower, toss beachwear into the in-unit washer and dryer, and let the dishwasher take care of cleanup after a shared meal.

great vacation house
Needs paint and new furniture. Also fenced in yard in back for pets would be nice.
The house accessibility to the beach and to stores/shops is great. Overall house quality is okay. I understand this isn’t a luxury rental, and don’t need top of the line appliances and amenities.
We had an awesome time here. Very nice place. Will stay again in the future. Also very responsive when I sent 2 things about the place.
We enjoyed staying here at family tides 1. Very close to the beach and very quiet neighborhood. It was great! We had air conditioning issues and they sent someone to fix it within minutes of knowing about the situation.We will be staying with Elliot again👍
We stayed at family tides 1 for the month of February 2025. Very nice rental, it fit our needs exactly. 2 minute walk to the beach and all the room and amenities that we needed. Very clean and cozy.
We liked it so much we are booked into family tides 2 for next year.

This is a really nice duplex. New paint inside and out. Brand new kitchen, bathrooms, windows, window treatments, and furniture. Very little noise from the family upstairs. Flat screens in every room. You can hear the ocean from either of the balconies. Had all the dishes and kitchen utensils you will need. Lots of really nice touches. Best place we've stayed at in NMB. 50 yards to the beach access and half the price of oceanfront. Nice deal.
The unit was newly renovated with enough room for large parties. We were most happy with the location a short distance from the Cherry Grove Beach public access. The walking distance was about 200 ft to the sand. We had the opportunity to meet the owners while there. They just purchased the property last year and did the current renovations. They plan to do more in the near future to make this unit even better.
