This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Cherry Grove offers a laid-back coastal escape where you can spend your days enjoying the water, soaking up the sunshine, and making memories with family and friends. Just a 2-minute walk from the beach, Flip Flop Paradise also offers channel-front relaxation, giving you the best of both beach days and waterfront living. This pet-friendly house sleeps up to 12 guests with four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Inside, enjoy a remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, LVP flooring in the bedrooms, and hardwood floors in the main rooms. Outdoors, cool off in the 10-by-18-foot saltwater pool, use the swim-up ladder to access the channel, or unwind by the dock. The coastline-view balcony is another great spot to relax. Gather around the outdoor living area with a grill, two picnic tables, and cornhole, or watch your favorite shows on the 60-inch outdoor TV, available April 15 through October 15. A dishwasher, in-unit washer and dryer, extra laundry-room fridge, and outdoor shower add convenience.

The house was very nice. The pool, dock and out doors eating area we so much fun.
Nice house and pool with nice furniture
We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The home was spotless upon arrival and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The pool was a huge hit, and the dock was perfect for enjoying the water and beautiful views. The house was well-stocked, nicely maintained, and exactly as described. The location was great, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!
Cleanliness is fine
We enjoyed the stay..there was only two of us so we only used one of the bedrooms..We enjoy the dock for fishing. There was some kids toys left from previous guest..they were not ours. Over it was nice and relaxing.
The house is beautiful and a wonderful property. We used the pool, dock, and outdoor tv daily. The house was very clean
We enjoyed all the ceiling fans, the pool, and being on the channel.
Should add fans to bathroom.

Elliott staff was great, and we enjoyed our stay except we miss the elevator
This beautiful home was more than we expected. The location was convenient. We enjoyed the channel, pool, outside living areas. There was plenty of room for our family of 9 with 2 king rooms, 2 queen, & 2 double. This was our first stay in Cherry Grove. Everyone had a great time.
