Description
This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Picture warm coastal breezes, sunlit afternoons by the water, and evenings gathered around a crackling fire as the day winds down. Cherry Grove offers a relaxed side of North Myrtle Beach, making it a wonderful place to slow down, spend time outdoors, and enjoy a getaway with family and friends.
Footprints in the Sand brings that easygoing atmosphere home with a channel-front setting and plenty of room to unwind. This house sleeps up to 10 guests with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Spend your afternoons relaxing in the swim spa, enjoying the furnished channel balcony, or taking in the views from the coastline-view balcony. When evening rolls around, fire up the propane grill, gather around the outdoor table and firepit, and enjoy time together by the water. Inside, a dishwasher, in-unit washer and dryer, a 55-inch living room TV, and TVs in every bedroom add comfort and convenience.
