Description
This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Windy Hill is a great spot for a North Myrtle Beach vacation, with the beach nearby and plenty of ways to enjoy the coast at your own pace. At Fun in the Sun, there’s room for the whole crew, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and space for up to 16 guests.
Start your day with an ocean view from the front porch, then cool off in the saltwater pool and spa after a few hours in the sun. The covered back deck is made for spending time together, with outdoor furniture, two covered picnic tables, and a grill ready for easy family meals. When it’s time to head inside, gather around the 55-inch living room TV or pick a movie to watch using one of the five DVD/Blu-ray combo players. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, while the dishwasher and in-unit washer and dryer help keep chores manageable. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and settle in for another relaxing evening.
