This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed. Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Shore Drive offers a relaxed coastal setting in the Myrtle Beach area, making it a welcoming home base for a getaway filled with beach time, sunshine, and easygoing evenings. Guest Cottage #20 gives you a comfortable place to recharge between outings, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms accommodating up to seven guests.
The open living area creates a natural gathering space for spending time together after a day exploring the coast, while the street-side balcony offers a spot to step outside and enjoy the neighborhood atmosphere. When you’re ready to cool off, take advantage of the community pool, or fire up the grill for a casual meal outdoors. A dishwasher, in-unit washer and dryer, and outdoor shower add everyday convenience, while contactless check-in helps make arrival simple.
