This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Happy Ours puts you less than a five-minute walk from the beach, so sandy strolls and time by the ocean can become part of your everyday routine. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, this inviting home accommodates up to 11 guests, making it a great gathering place for family and friends.
Hardwood floors and granite countertops add a polished touch, while the in-unit washer and dryer make it easy to keep beachwear fresh throughout your stay. After a day in the sun, head to the game room for some friendly competition around the pool table, or unwind together before planning tomorrow’s adventures. The master bathroom features a step-in shower for added convenience.

Nice house in a great location! There’s a few little things around that need attention.
We loved our stay with Elliot! Home was very beautiful and clean! Love the layout of the home. Just a few minutes away from the beach.
I think there should be a way that you can use the garage without having to go through the front door and manually pressing the button.

We are really enjoying our time so far. The house is nice and everything seems new. I wish there were trash cans in the bathrooms.
It was very nice
We felt right at home instantly. My son who takes a while to warm up to new places instantly found HIS spot in the house. The house was pretty clean. Sand in some spots but that's to be expected with being a very short walk to the beach! Everything was clean and comfy. One room got a little hot due to being RIGHT next to the laundry room, but overall it was great! 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, pool table and the neighborhood is quiet and friendly neighbors. Just one piece of advice, if stairs kill you, this is not a place for you. Kitchen and 2 rooms and bathrooms are up a flight of stairs. Didn't bother us, but for future renters, it might be a negative. Elliott did great! and it's a beautiful house!
