Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

It is on the second floor, and you will be close enough to the beach to smell the salty air. There is an outdoor fan to keep guests cool during hot summer days. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need to keep your entire family fed, including a sizeable double-door fridge, a coffeemaker, and a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Even if it rains, you will be entertained. There are flatscreen TVs and complimentary WIFI for your viewing pleasure. Keep up with laundry by utilizing the in-unit washer and dryer.
