Heron Pointe D16 is a bright and inviting two-bedroom, two-bath condo located in the desirable Shore Drive area, just two blocks from the ocean. This comfortable vacation rental provides an ideal setting for families, couples, or small groups looking to enjoy the beach while staying close to the area’s restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.
Heron Pointe D16 features a welcoming living space with flatscreen TVs and WIFI, allowing guests to relax or stay connected during their stay. Central heating and air conditioning provide year-round comfort, and the in-unit washer and dryer offer added convenience for longer visits. Two screened porches extend the living space outdoors, giving guests a relaxing spot to enjoy the coastal breeze, morning coffee, or an evening unwind after a day at the beach.

Muy bien, muy limpio
We stayed in Heron Pointe. The condo was nice and looks recently renovated. The price was reasonable. We had an issue with the refrigerator that was fixed promptly, so no waiting around for days for maintenance. The property is a short 5 minute walk to the beach. This is our second year renting a property from Elliott Beach rentals and I highly recommend them. We plan on staying in the same condo next year.
