This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Ocean Drive brings together North Myrtle Beach’s classic beach-town charm, local restaurants, and the lively atmosphere of Main Street, making it a fun home base for a coastal getaway. Just Coasting gives your group plenty of room to enjoy it all, with five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms accommodating up to 26 guests.
Take in the ocean views from the balcony, then cool off with a swim in the private saltwater pool after a day at the beach. An elevator makes moving between floors easier, while the outdoor shower is handy for rinsing away the sand. When it’s time to gather, fire up the grill for an easy meal or challenge everyone to a game at the poker table. A dishwasher and in-unit washer and dryer help keep vacation chores under control.

Our first time staying in Just Coasting; it was amazing! Clean and tidy, new appliances, decor was splendid and updated. Many of the ladies putting puzzles together. Swimming in the pool, relaxing on the hot tub and going to the beach. The elevator was excellent for us as we had a 91 year old and an 88 year old. I used it myself. Hoping we can come again next year. Thanks to Elliott and the owners for a memorable stay.

The house is great. Clean and well maintained. Loved the porches and private pool/hot tub. The elevator was a lifesaver. Will definitely be renting this place again!

Wonderful rental, didn't need anything
VERY nice and clean and well-kept home! Tastefully decorated, loved the artwork enough to take pictures of it! Elevator was perfect for handicap access. Beautiful pool and hot tub, loved the outside shower (sorry, forgot my shampoo in there) Comfy, clean beds. My only complaint … in the pirate cove room on 2nd floor, the shower curtain liner needs changed, and shower head is low water pressure. . But on any scale, the pluses FAR EXCEEDED any of my few complaints. I can’t wait to come back❣️❣️ 5 stars was very deserved. Thanks for renting us your beautiful home, we all loved it❣️❣️

We had a great vacation and very much enjoyed the house! The owners were very helpful and checked in during our stay. The location of the house was very close to the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and attractions. We can’t wait to come back!

This home is lovely. Bed linens being on the appropriate beds would be a great help.
We enjoyed the house. The house was nicely equipped. The pots and pans were in ok shape, and there weren't enough serving bowls to make dinner at the house. The linen service does not clearly mark the bedding and that took us a bit to get all the right sheets to the right beds.
We had the pleasure of staying here it was absolutely beautiful and very clean! The owners are very nice and make sure you have the best time in there house!
This year we had a issue and a young lady named Tyra listened to my issue and made it right, she is a great asset to Elliott and hopefully she stays around. We met the owner of our property this year and they truly care, glad too see that. I appreciate everything they did to try to make our stay the best.

This was the most BEAUTIFUL, clean and amazing house we have ever stayed at! We had the honor of meeting the owners who are great and do everything possible to make your stay wonderful. We have rented both of there properties and would not stay anywhere else. If you are looking for an amazing house don't let this pass you by. As a disabled veteran the elevator was a great feature that allowed me easy access to every floor. The pool was pristine and was perfect for the grandchildren. Check in was 5 stars as well
