This condo has 2 double beds that sleep 4 comfortably and comes with a mini kitchen & mini fridge with a table and chairs, a full bath, a balcony, a flat screen TV, free WIFI, and cable. The balcony has a beautiful view of the beach, even though it is a side view unit. 

The Landmark Resort water amenities that are heated during the off-season include a Large Pool Deck with lounge chairs for sunbathing, a Large Oceanfront Pool, an Oceanfront Whirlpool, a 300-foot Outdoor Lazy River Ride, a Large Indoor Pool Complex with plenty of lounge chairs, a Large Indoor pool wit a Fountain, 5 Indoor Whirlpools, a 300-foot Indoor Lazy River Ride, a Kiddie Indoor Fun Pools with Water Fall Mushrooms, a Large Kiddie Indoor Pool and a Kiddie Indoor Lazy River. Other amenities are a Video Arcade, a Guest Laundry Facility, and Myrtle Beach's only enclosed crosswalk over Ocean Boulevard that leads from the resort to the parking garage.

When you stay at Landmark Resort 815, there are many other things to enjoy that are close to your oceanfront condo: walk to the boardwalk, Family Kingdom amusement park/water park, and grocery stores!  Don't forget that a short drive is the Myrtle Beach Skywheel, Tanger Outlet, and many golf courses! 

Please note: Guests may only use water amenities east (on the ocean side) of South Ocean Blvd.  Guests cannot purchase food or beverages or use the waterpark west of Ocean Boulevard. The outdoor lazy river and outdoor kiddie pool are closed for the winter season.
