This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Cherry Grove is a favorite for beach lovers who want the ocean close by and plenty of space to enjoy time together. Living Beach 1 takes full advantage of its oceanfront location, with a private walkway leading straight to the beach and balconies overlooking the Atlantic.
This spacious house features seven bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, and one half bath, accommodating up to 24 guests. Two oceanfront master bedrooms make waking up to coastal views especially memorable, while an elevator helps everyone get around with ease. Inside, the game room offers a pool table and foosball for friendly competition, and the living room’s 65-inch flatscreen is ready for movie nights. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and two large refrigerators, while a wet bar with its own fridge and ice maker makes entertaining easy. Fire up the gas grill after a day in the sand and rinse off in the outdoor shower.

We stayed in Living Beach 1 and loved it. The house was just as described. Fabulous view from all floors. It worked well for our large family vacation with plenty of room for our 5 families to have their own space and still large enough for us to have together time. The location was perfect with the short walk to the beach and shopping. . Elliot is always great to work with and was quick to respond to our 1 small issue. The pool guy was great too! And I loved that the beds were made and the linens were very nice. This house had lots of little touches that definitely will put it at the top of my list for next years vacation. I highly recommend it and we have been making this fall trip for 20 years. Cherry Grove is our home away from home and this house was fabulous! Thanks for sharing it with us.
Wow is all we can say! Living Beach 1 was such a beautiful home away from home for us. The place was immaculate and spacious. The views were tremendous. Being right on the beach with your private entrance, pool and hot tub. What more could you ask for. Many restaurants were either walkable or a quick drive. We came down to play golf, but I can see my family staying here again during the summer months and really enjoying the beach! Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Living Beach 1 was the perfect house for me and my family. The house was equipped with plenty oF dishware, utensils and cookware. The house actually felt like home after a day or two. I would stay at Living Beach 1 again Thanksgiving at the beach was successful. Many memories were made at Living Beach 1.
This was our second time staying at Living Beach 1. We love everything about this house. The living/dining/kitchen space is wonderful with plenty of room for everyone. Love the double refrigerators! The view from the decks is just breathtaking. We all enjoyed relaxing in the pool and hot tub. Can’t wait to come back next year.

The pool is filled with sand, that is the only thing that is disappointing.
4 stars for property!
We were a family of 17 ranging from ages 1 to 86! The layout of the house was perfect for our needs. The main floor had two bedrooms for those less mobil, the middle floor was used for families with younger children and the top floor was well used by the oldest children with the extra living room and games. There were two refrigerator and dishwashers that were always in use ! The walk in pantry was a nice surprise and again accessible even to the “littles” for their snacks. We were impressed with how well insulated the rooms were and how quiet the house was . The pool was EXCELLENT and used around the clock . The beach was a short walk and again easy to navigate for all ages . Thanks for a week of memories !
The house was perfect for our large group. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. House was spacious and accommodating. I would love to rent this house again. Melissa helped me find the perfect house and I appreciate all her help.
Our group had a wonderful time at Living Beach 1. The layout of the house was excellent, with a spacious and open kitchen that we thoroughly enjoyed. The large dining room was perfect for our group, providing a great space for game nights. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials we needed to prepare for our meals. We particularly appreciated the wet bar, with its built-in ice machine and bar fridge, which became a highlight of our stay. The views were breathtaking, and the house was more than accommodating for a large group. We truly had an unforgettable stay and would recommend this property to others.

It is a gorgeous house my family and I stayed here during the week of Thanksgiving and had an amazing time with more than enough space, and the views are spectacular. We will stay again!
