This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Cherry Grove gives beach lovers a chance to slow down, enjoy the ocean, and make lasting memories with family and friends. At Living Beach 2, a private walkway leads straight to the sand, while oceanfront balconies offer views of the Atlantic. With seven bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, and one half bath, this spacious house sleeps up to 24 guests across 4,750 heated square feet.
Two oceanfront master bedrooms and an elevator add comfort and convenience for larger groups. After a day at the beach, gather in the game room for pool or foosball, or relax in the living room with its 55-inch flatscreen. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and two large refrigerators, making it easier to prepare meals for everyone. You’ll also have a wet bar with a fridge and ice maker, a charcoal grill, an outdoor shower, and a heated spa—the pool is not heated.

We enjoyed a fantastic week at Living Beach 2. The property was clean and well equipped and the elevator was a great help in this big house. Plenty of big windows and nice deck seating! The pool and hot tub were favorites.
This is a beautiful, comfortable home with easy access to the beach and a short walk to the pier.

Overall it is a wonderful house. We loved the room set up and cleanliness. Having 2 refrigerator and dishwashers was a gift! Being able to walk out to the beach was great. Furniture was in great condition and there was ample seating
Beautiful home - Wonderful location. Plenty of room for large family allowing everyone their private space but room for all to be together to make memories together. Loved sitting out on the back deck and watching the ocean.
Might think about replacing pots and pans with stainless steel.
Beautiful home fantastic location- steps away from the beach! Easily accommodated our large family. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were updated very nice. The kitchen appliances need some TLC.
