Description
This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Windy Hill puts you close to the beach while giving you a convenient home base for enjoying a North Myrtle Beach getaway. At Nittany South, the sand is just a two-minute walk away, and the upper balcony gives you a lovely ocean view to enjoy between beach outings. This spacious house features five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, one half bath, and room for up to 16 guests.
When you’re not relaxing by the shore, cool off in your private pool, then head inside for some friendly competition in the game room with a ping pong table. The rec room has a 48-inch TV, while the living room features a 55-inch Smart TV and the master bedroom has a 42-inch Smart TV. Granite countertops, a dishwasher, and an in-unit washer and dryer add everyday convenience, while the indoor jetted tub and outdoor shower make it easy to unwind after a day in the sun.

4 star property!
We Love this property! The location is perfect for beach views and access. The pool is amazing. The house is large with plenty of room when you need to be indoors. Smart TVs in every room is awesome. Plenty of fridge space with the extra bar area in the lower level. Lots of natural light. Very high ceilings on all levels. Ceiling fans everywhere. Tons of room in each space with plenty of bathrooms! The beds and furniture are getting old and aren't comfortable. Some of the mattresses on the beds are just unusable do their poor condition. The couches are well past their useful life and need replaced. The kitchen needs new/more pots and pans, baking/cooking utensils, and better knives/silverware. We have stayed here the past 3 years and this house has served our family well. The beds and couches would be the only thing keeping us from booking for next year right now.
The good: Great location, Nice layout, View is great, Pool House was pretty clean
The house sleeps plenty but only 4 spots are allotted.
The house is good and we love it but the mattresses need to be changed out.
Great stay and location!
We did have a fantastic vacation and look forward to returning next year to North Myrtle Beach as we have been doing the last several years.
