Description
This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Cherry Grove has the charm of a classic beach town, with local shops, casual dining, and everyday vacation essentials close by. Nixon Cottage puts you within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants, an ice cream shop, and Boulineau’s grocery store, making it simple to enjoy your days without going far.
This pet-friendly five-bedroom, three-bathroom house sleeps up to nine guests and welcomes one pet, so you can bring your four-legged companion along. Cool off in the private saltwater pool, complete with a tanning ledge, or take a break on the street-side balcony. The pool can be heated during April, May, September, and October, extending your opportunities to enjoy a swim. Inside, a 60-inch living room TV is ready for relaxing evenings, while the dishwasher and in-unit washer and dryer help make your stay more convenient. An outdoor shower is handy after sandy beach outings. Parking is limited to three cars, and all pet rules must be followed.

We enjoyed our stay as always in Myrtle Beach. The cottage had a great location and the heated pool was awesome once we got it turned on. It was within walking distance of the shops and beach. Beautiful area and everyone is always so friendly. We even got to see dolphins playing in the ocean
This is an older home. Things are not going to be perfect. Overall it works for my family.
We enjoyed a relaxing Family vacation @ our Nixon Cottage. We had a few issues while we were there, but they were resolved quickly with the help of the rental company.
Everything is great.
We enjoyed our stay but the best part was the pool was heated and we got to enjoy some nights of swimming
This house has a great pool and is in a good location. It is dated and needs some updates.
