This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed. Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

The dishwasher makes cleanup after family meals easier, while the in-unit washer and dryer help keep beach towels and vacation clothes fresh throughout your stay. We had a great time staying here... the house was close to everything we needed or wanted to.it was a very good house really enjoyed everything being on one floor..
We had a great stay at Elliott Beach Rentals! The property was comfortable, the location was wonderful, and everything was just as we hoped. We enjoyed our time and would definitely stay with Elliott Beach Rentals again. Highly recommend!
The layout worked well for our family. It is a short walk to the beach, and the pool was nice for the kids in the afternoon. The location is convenient to local shopping.
Excellent location, responsive management, and great amenities!! I recommend Elliott Rentals to anyone looking for a great North Myrtle/Cherry Grove experience. A breaker blew and we had difficulty locating the box. Elliott Rentals responded immediately guiding us to where it was located. Linens/towels were provided and easily accessible. Walkable to great restaurants and the beach was within a minute walk.
We hope to be able stay here again. House is very clean and comfortable.
Great Stay
Cutie little house, just a five-minute walk to the beach, so it’s a great location. Loved the hot tub and the pool. The house was well stocked with pillows and comforters. The house was a perfect size for my family of 6. We enjoyed it very much.
This was probably our favorite place that we've ever stayed at the beach! We loved the house! It was roomy, very nicely furnished and decorated, and within walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, and the beach! We also loved the outside jacuzzi! We also enjoyed sitting by the pool, out of the sun, while we watched the kids play in the pool! We all enjoyed sitting on the back porch having our coffee and talking while the kids could watch tv! Everyone really enjoyed the pool as well! We liked the fact that it was raised so we didn't worry as much about the little ones! It was beautifully landscaped around the pool too, and at night it was lit up so pretty! We loved everything about this house! We will definitely be back!

The house was roomy, in a great location, and had everything we needed. Loved the private pool. Just fyi- the stones around the pool get really really hot on your fee
Great location Comfortable beds Well stocked kitchen as far as dishes, pots, pans, etc. goes. Nice pool. All the furniture was comfortable, and we loved the back porch!
