This remarkable high rise features a lounge nestled on the fourth floor where guests can peruse the WIFI or take a dip in the sparkling swimming pool. The sandy beach is just beyond your private balcony and the popular North Myrtle Beach attractions are just minutes away from this awesome vacation rental condominium.
Central air and heat make it very relaxing no matter which month you come to stay. There are flatscreen CCTVs, DVD players and WIFI. Washers and dryers are located on the fourth floor. Movie nights are fabulous at this vacation condo. An elevator makes life easy for hauling luggage bags and groceries. Everything you have dreamed is included with your stay. Please note that no pets, trailers or motorcycles are allowed on the premises of this high rise.
North Myrtle Beach boasts 60 miles of wide sandy beach that reaches on forever. Surf the Atlantic Ocean waves or soak in the tranquil salty water. Consider a renting a jet ski or ski boat and explore the beauty of the East Coast. Boating is also a fun pastime in this ocean city. The kids will love the soft sand and miles of beach. We love the location. Property is great.
Loved the condo, great views, bed was comfy, nice kitchen. Love how it’s decorated
Like the table and chairs on balcony. Like the kitchen appliances. Like the floors. Like the empty cabinet to store groceries. Very good mattress. All very well done. Wish there were a Keurig. We appreciate having the directions to getting the TV working although it is still difficult.

We stayed at oceans 712 during August 2025. This was a replacement reservation so we weren’t sure what to expect. This is a lovely condo with everything you need. The kitchen appliances all seem to be newer. The view is fabulous and we definitely stay again.

It is a beautiful unit and steps to the beach! It is the perfect size for my husband and I. We would definitely come back.
We really liked this room. Oh and if you want to have a little fun with someone tell them the room is haunted and watch the big clock… lol 😂 but we would choose this room again!
Would like some kind of window covering on the sliding glass doors.

We absolutely loved this unit, we will return to this unit in the future. No issues unit was so clean and updated.
We had a great stay, a few items need to be replaced on the balcony they are getting old and worn out, tv does not work with enough movie channels, but we are on vacation and should be out and about
