This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Cherry Grove brings a welcoming beach-town feel to your North Myrtle Beach vacation, with coastal scenery and plenty of chances to enjoy time by the water. Octopus Alley makes a comfortable home base for your stay, with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and room for up to 12 guests. Bring your four-legged family member along, too, as this pet-friendly house welcomes dogs weighing up to 50 pounds.
The coastline-view balcony is a lovely spot to enjoy the scenery, while the outdoor shower comes in handy after sandy beach days. Inside, luxury vinyl plank flooring, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances add a modern touch. Two ice makers help keep drinks cold, and a Keurig makes morning coffee easy. Smart TVs throughout the house, including 32-inch TVs in the bedrooms, provide entertainment when it’s time to unwind. A dishwasher and in-unit washer and dryer add everyday convenience.

Excellent Christmas Vacation with my family. Octopus Alley is a wonderful updated channel home and provided a great place for us to gather and create memories in.
