This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Cherry Grove is a beloved part of North Myrtle Beach for its classic beach-town charm and the simple pleasure of spending your days by the ocean. One Happy Place puts you right on the oceanfront, with a balcony where you can take in the view and enjoy the coastal breeze.
This spacious house features seven bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, one half bath, and room for up to 23 guests, giving everyone space to settle in for a beach getaway. When you’re ready to relax outside, enjoy the spillover spa or fire up the gas grill for an easy meal together. An elevator makes moving between floors more convenient, while the dishwasher and in-unit washer and dryer help keep vacation routines simple. After a sandy day on the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower before unwinding for the evening.

The house is beautiful and the location is fantastic.
Very good house rental worth every dollar.
Perfect house for large family. Easy walk onto beach. Private Pool & hot tub kept teens near. House large enough that we were not on top of each other. Two refrigerators together were nice. Would recommend for a large family.

We absolutely loved our stay at One Happy Place! The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet. You can tell it’s a place that’s cared for. We left feeling refreshed and already can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!
Great floor plan. Nice to have upper bunks for the kids. Awesome deck with rocking chairs. Nice pool and hot tub. Loved having a big kitchen island with two refrigerators. Enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at One Happy Place July 2025.. House layout, balconies, pool & hot tub, and beach view and access were exceptional. Would have liked midweek garbage pickup and another washer/dryer

Our entire experience was great! Check-in was a breeze and not complicated, even though we arrived after hours. The house was phenomenal. Any issues we had were taken care of immediately by the agency. 10 out of 10! See you 2025!
Our second stay at One Happy Place, enjoyed both stays. Had a few minor issues, but Ellliot BR had repair crews out on the Memorial Day holiday to take care of them. All in all a great place for a large group to stay.
VIP treatment at all levels of the company. And somehow they always deliver GREAT weather. We will be back.
