This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Inside, the dishwasher makes cleanup easier, while the in-unit washer and dryer help keep beach towels, swimsuits, and vacation clothes fresh throughout your stay. Nice house in a great location. The house is directly across from a public walkway, and you can see the ocean from the porch and the front rooms. Pool and hot tub are nice, and the pool was clean when we arrived. It’s also within walking distance of a store where you can get anything you need.

The layout of the house, proximity to the beach, restaurants, and attractions are wonderful. The pool area was great for our family to have a place to be together besides the beach or indoors. Our family enjoyed our stay. It is a very nice home and perfect for a family beach vacation. I think the homeowner should consider swapping the furniture in back 2 bedrooms.
The place was amazing. The rooms were clean fully stocked with everything you may need. The hot tub didn’t work, but the owner offered a refund for the inconvenience which I truly appreciate.
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home! It was immaculate and had everything we needed for our vacation. Communication with Elliot was easy and excellent. Thank you!
