This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Crescent Beach is a welcoming part of North Myrtle Beach for a classic coastal getaway, with the shoreline close by and plenty of opportunities to relax between beach outings. Palmetto Pals Down puts you across the street from the beach, making it easy to head out for a morning walk on the sand or spend a sunny afternoon by the water.
This three-bedroom, two-bathroom house sleeps up to eight guests and features an ocean-view balcony where you can enjoy a glimpse of the coast. Start your morning on the covered front porch, where rocking chairs invite you to sit back and enjoy the sea air. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower before settling in for the evening. A dishwasher and on-premises laundry add everyday convenience throughout your stay.
