This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Ocean Drive brings you close to the charm of North Myrtle Beach, where vacation days can be filled with beach time, family fun, and exploring the local area. Pearls and Pennies welcomes you to settle in and make yourself at home in a pet-friendly house with four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and one half bathroom, comfortably sleeping up to eight guests.
The corner-lot location gives the home its own setting, while the street-side balcony is a lovely spot to sit and watch the neighborhood go by. Spend time together in the four seasons room, head outside for a little friendly competition with the corn hole boards, or shoot hoops at the basketball goal. The outdoor patio area is ready for relaxing, and the mini charcoal grill makes cookouts easy. A dishwasher and in-unit washer and dryer add convenience throughout your stay.

It's a great house for the location and reasonable price. My biggest complaint is calling it 4 bedrooms when that back room is obviously an addition to the house. It still feels very much like a patio and is and not a room I would have slept in. The other 3 rooms were great and loved the large living area. Good shower pressure was nice too.
The property was very comfortable and had just about everything we needed for our stay. It was within a short walking distance to the beach. We loved visiting the many stores and restaurants nearby.
My family and our doggies absolutely loved our stay at Pearls and Pennies! It is located in a lovely neighborhood in Ocean Drive and is a short walk to the beach! 🏖️ There is a basketball goal and a big yard that makes it even better! The fourth bedroom off of the sunroom needs updating and is a bit musky so we didn't use it! The other bedrooms are very nice and the neighborhood is very quiet and beautiful to walk the doggies! Definitely would love to return next summer for our beach vacay!! 10 out of 10
It's a nice place.
Overall the maintenance around the property was good.
The location was great and it accommodating to pets. It is a nice home
