This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Windy Hill is a great place to make yourself at home during a North Myrtle Beach getaway, with the beach just a short stroll away and shopping and restaurants close by. Pelican Perch is a pet-friendly two-bedroom, one-bathroom house that sleeps four guests, making it a cozy spot for a small family, couples, or a getaway with your furry companions.
The beach is just a block and a half away, and sand toys and boogie boards are ready to help you make the most of your time by the water. After a day out, prepare a meal in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances, enjoy coffee made with the French press or electric kettle, or gather around the outdoor dining table. Lawn games add a little friendly competition, while the firepit and chairs invite you to wind down together in the evening. With a dishwasher, in-unit washer and dryer, and space for up to two pets, Pelican Perch makes coastal vacation living easy.

Had a great stay, would book again.
I love our stay it was quite but still apart of the activity. I am looking forward to book and stay at this location next year as well. I only had one thing but it seemed to solve itself.
