This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Cherry Grove is a favorite for beach vacations where days revolve around the ocean, time with family, and evenings spent together after the sun goes down. Romeo puts you right on the oceanfront, with a wooden walkway leading to the beach and balcony views of the coastline. This spacious 6,100-square-foot, pet-friendly house has 8 bedrooms, 8 full bathrooms, and 1 half bath, accommodating up to 26 guests.
Cool off in the private 15-by-25-foot pool, unwind in the hot tub, or head inside for friendly competition at the pool and shuffleboard tables. Movie nights feel special in the theater room with an 85-inch Smart TV, while the wet bar with an ice maker and wine cooler makes entertaining easy. Two dishwashers and two refrigerators help keep group meals running smoothly, and beds are made for your arrival. With an elevator and in-unit washer and dryer, Romeo makes a big beach gathering feel effortless.

Wow! What a fantastic place to stay!! And it was a pleasure to working with Elliott realty.. they were super nice and helpful. Would highly recommend them. We will be using them again!! We loved our 8 bedroom private house on the beach in cherry grove.. we would definitely stay there in this unit again, we loved the privacy of the access to the beach and our own pool.. the grandkids was excited about the pool table and the big screen tv in the media room!! So only one thing I would change would be to put a code lock on the gate by pool, for nighttime security.. and it would be nice if there was an ironing board and iron in unit.. other than that. It is an awesome place!! Thank u Elliott reality and a special friend(they know how they r) for helping us out at a bad time.. . Thank u thank u. June 2026
This was a really nice beach house. It was very clean and the Jacuzzi was amazing.
Amazing property! Everything was so well kept and exceeded our expectations. The home was well equipped—and then some—making our stay incredibly comfortable. The kitchen and family room were a fantastic gathering place with ample room for all of our families to spend time together. It truly met all our needs and created the perfect setting for us to make terrific memories. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
It is an amazing home. We have loved every minute this week. Our favorite room has to be the main living room/kitchen. All of us can be together in the same place doing different things. The attention to detail and a well stocked kitchen made our stay fantastic. The ice maker was a hit 🤭 Even though our kids are adults they had a ball in the pool room and a day didn’t go by that a group was in the theater room enjoying a movie. The entire home is very comfortable. We had absolutely no problems during our stay. Thanks so much for such an outstanding property. Will def be back

Excellent rental. Everything you could want or need. Even the mattresses were good!! Made family vacation exceptional
Kitchen could stand to be better stocked.
We had a wonderful time. Our children long to return, they compare every vacation to the one when we stayed here. Can you imagine how difficult it is to find a vacation home after staying here? VERY DIFFICULT. There were a few hiccups, however, a simple call and they were fixed within a reasonable timeframe.
