Description
This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Windy Hill is a favorite part of North Myrtle Beach for enjoying a beach vacation with a mix of coastal scenery, outdoor fun, and time to unwind. Ruby Waves makes a welcoming home base for families or friends, with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and room for up to 10 guests.
Take a dip in the private saltwater pool, then settle into the detached seating area with its own bathroom for a little extra comfort outdoors. A 30-foot putting green adds a fun activity between beach trips, while the ocean-view balcony and private balcony off the master bedroom offer spots to enjoy the coastal air. Inside, the living room features a 42-inch HDTV with Wi-Fi, and the bedrooms have HDTVs with built-in Wi-Fi. A dishwasher and in-unit washer and dryer make vacation routines easier, and an outdoor shower is handy after a sandy day.

We enjoyed the pool and the close proximity to the beach The beds were comfortable The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies
Overall, the place was really nice. Four bedrooms with an optional could be a fifth bedroom downstairs if you put a air mattress in it nice quiet area within walking distance to the beach.
Nice house. Great location, pool was fun, and master bedroom mattress was awesome!!! I slept like a baby. May need pressure washed outside in the future. I’m not from here and not sure how being this close to the ocean affects that.
Home was pretty but could use some updates. Had listed there were 5 bedrooms but only has 4 and a room downstairs we didn’t use. The pool and hot tub were great and loved them! Beach short walk away and lots of eating places and shopping close by! Overall the family vacation was nice!
The customer service was great!
We are ready to go back!!!
