This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced – any violation will result in eviction.
Crescent Beach makes it easy to settle into the simple pleasures of a North Myrtle Beach vacation, from sandy mornings by the ocean to relaxed evenings spent outdoors. Directly across from the beach, Rudd’s Roost puts the shoreline just steps from your stay, making it easy to head out for a walk or return home for a break between beach outings.
This pet-friendly house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests, so you can bring your dog along for the getaway. Enjoy the fresh air from the furnished porch, let your pup stretch out in the yard, or fire up the grill for an easy meal after a day in the sun. Smart TVs in the bedrooms offer entertainment when it’s time to unwind, while a dishwasher and shared on-premises washer and dryer help keep things convenient.
With parking for two cars in the back, Rudd’s Roost is ready for your next beach escape.

Very clean. I love the wood paneling and the older wooden furniture. Nice A/C. Thanks for sharing your house and allowing me to bring my fur baby.
This is our second time staying at Rudd’s Roost. Quite honestly would probably would not have decided on coming to Myrtle Beach had this house not been available. The house is well kept, lots of room and we can bring our dogs. We love the 3 minute walk to the beach.
I would highly recommend Rudd’s Roost. It’s perfect in location and the house is played off great for a couple or a family. It’s also pet friendly quiet neighborhood for walks the beach is right across the street with public access just a 1/4 block away! Nice small yard for kids and pets. The front porch makes it perfect sit out at night and listen and watch the ocean! Parking in the back for two vehicles is also nice.
We enjoyed our stay at this house, the lawn needs some up keep but its the winter now.
The furnishings could use an upgrade. The layout of the house is great! The yard is nice and the location is amazing. I would stay here again.
We have been at this property a dozen times over the years. I have never seen it so clean, tidy, and well maintained and appropriated; inside and out. Bravo!!

Kitchen light above the sink is not working but no problem
We stayed at Rudd's Roost from 5/10 - 5/17/25. We liked the fact that it was a one-story house and that it was in a convenient location from the beach and from the entertainment areas and restaurants. We also liked the combination lock system. It is an older house, but there was plenty of room for the 4 of us. The bathrooms had nice upgrades. It was nice to sit on the front porch in the evening. Unfortunately, one of the sofas in the living room could stand to be replaced, as the fabric was deteriorating and the cushions were worn out. We did have ample parking behind the house. All in all, we had a very good stay, and we would certainly consider staying there again.
I loved the place!
