This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Cherry Grove is a favorite for enjoying the coastal side of North Myrtle Beach, with sandy beach days, beautiful water views, and opportunities to spend time on the water. Salt and Light is a channel house just 100 yards from the beach, giving you the best of both worlds: easy access to the ocean and a dock right on the channel for fishing.
This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home sleeps up to 8 guests and features a coastline-view balcony where you can relax and take in the scenery. Spend the day fishing from the dock or heading to the beach, then rinse off in the outdoor shower before settling in for the evening. Watch a movie on the 55-inch living room TV or enjoy your favorite show on the 65-inch outdoor TV. Very nice home, very clean. Love Elliott Beach Rental, it’s the only place we stay when we come to the beach.
We are very happy with the rental. It could use some better front porch furniture. Really enjoying the back deck. Very clean, great for fishing, swimming, relaxing. Everything you need from home is right here. We will be staying here again. Loved it.
The property is great. The only thing that I would suggest is maybe some directions for the remotes for the tvs.
Great for families! One block from the beach and pool at night was fantastic! Has everything you need for a perfect family vacation!

We stayed at SALT AND LIGHT for the Month of March 2025. We had issues with the pool heating but after discussions with the office, lux pool people and a technician, it was fixed. Although this was disappointing it didn't wreck our vacation. The house location was great. The beds were comfortable. There are a few things that need to be updated.
We stayed at Salt And Light for a whole month, February 2025. Everything was as expected. Great location and layout outside. We knew the pool wouldn't be heated, and it was an exceptionally cold February, but we still appreciated the layout and BBQ. Beds were super comfy and unit well furnished overall.
We absolutely loved this house! Our stay was so much fun. We got to enjoy watching the kids fish from the dock day and night. The pool was perfect and absolutely beautiful at night with the light on. We were lucky enough to meet the new owners and they were awesome! Very friendly and accommodating. I can’t say enough about our stay and we would definitely stay there again! My only complaint is that our vacation ended too soon.
I just got home from our stay in Cherry Grove at Salt and Light. We absolutely loved this house. The kids were able to fish off of the dock and they had a ball catching fish. The pool was my favorite , it was great having one all to ourselves. At night with the pool light on it looked breathtaking. We ate almost all of our meals at the house and there was seating for everyone. The outdoor area was so much fun, we could listen to music, watch tv, swim, fish and never have to leave! We were lucky enough to meet the new owners and they were so nice and welcoming and wanted to make sure we had the best time. We will definitely stay here again!
We had a great weekend at Salt and Light house in Cherry Grove. Even though it rained most of the weekend. We spent a lot of our stay inside .I have to say that I usually go into a cleaning frenzy for the first hour in a rented home.. not this time. This home was spotless! I would love to come back in the summer and take advantage of the beautiful pool. We always stay with Elliott .
Recently renter Salt and Light for a family get together. I was very pleased with everything. Check in went smoothly. The property is lovely. It was very clean and smelled nice. All the necessary linens were provided. There was an issue with the hvac unit that was taken care of as soon as I called the office. Everyone I dealt with was very polite and professional. I will definitely rent from Elliott in the future.
