Description
This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed. Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Ocean Drive is a great home base for enjoying North Myrtle Beach, with the beach just a two-minute walk away and restaurants and shops only a short drive from your door. Sand at the Strand has 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms plus 2 half baths, comfortably accommodating up to 11 guests.
Spend sunny afternoons by the 10-by-20-foot pool, grab a drink or snack at the pool bar, or unwind in the cabana, which has its own half bath. A spacious patio, outdoor dining area, screened porch, covered porch, and two Carolina rooms give everyone plenty of spots to relax. Golf lovers can practice on the impressive 1,400-square-foot putting green, while the propane grill makes cookouts easy. With a dishwasher, in-unit washer and dryer, and golf carts allowed, settling into vacation mode comes naturally.

Was a short walk to the beach. Not far at all. The pool was really nice for the kids. I think that’s what they loved the most.
It was such a great time back in Myrtle beach after nearly missing for over 15 years. Had the opportunity to bring my fiancé to such a beautiful area of north Myrtle beach! Hosts, neighbors and all businesses were such a delight to enjoy! We will definitely be coming back again maybe even one day live here. We loved our stay wish there was a better review to give then 5!
The house is great.
Excellent!! My family is really enjoying the pool and putting green! Home is well equipped and comfortable! Suggestion: Warning sign for the low clearance going upstairs. Anyone 6ft and up needs to be aware.
