This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
There’s something special about bringing everyone together for a beach vacation in Cherry Grove, where mornings begin with ocean views and the best days are spent making memories by the shore. Sandy Paws and Feet welcomes your family, friends, and even your four-legged companions to enjoy the coast together. This spacious oceanfront house has 8 bedrooms and 7 full bathrooms plus a half bath, with room for up to 34 guests.
Relax on the oceanfront balcony, let your pup enjoy the fenced outdoor area, or head inside for a little friendly competition around the foosball table in the game room. Pets under 50 pounds are welcome, making it easier to include your furry family members. Granite countertops, a dishwasher, three washers and dryers, two charcoal grills, and an outdoor shower add convenience for a large group. The elevator is available for handicap use only.

House is layed out well, very nice area. Supplies and plenty of fresh seafood within walking distance. Would highly recommend for single or multiple families.
We really enjoyed the number of bedrooms & areas to relax. Plenty of room & lots of areas to watch the ocean. It is a very nice house with lots of space.

We enjoyed our stay at Sandy Paws and Feet. Was so nice to be right on the beach not having to carry everything very far. The house could use some upgrades but would definitely stay there again.

Three levels of living quarters to segregate age groups and have your choice of entertainment level. Perfect for a large group. The name, Sandy Paws and Feet is spot on. Convenient to every type of store you may need. Nice area with a lot to do. Highly recommend
Beautiful home!! Plenty of room for all of us, large main living space facing the ocean great for games and gathering. Never turned a tv on the entire time…not when you have that view
We loved the proximity to the beach and the pool was great. Plenty room for all of us.
The location of this property is insane.. it was amazing to come out back and step right in the sand.. it was enough space for everyone to have there privacy! And we absolutely loved it! I would rent this house a million more times! The elevator made unpacking the vehicles super easy!! If you have a big family and they be on your nerves. Then this is the place to rent!
